Process
Our team leverages 50+ years of lighting experience to advise customers and suppliers of the best lighting performance and effectiveness possible. Through this experience, we have developed a process that works, ensuring the job is done right and on budget.
Our process consists of several phases, and through each, we will be with you every step of the way:
Design
We will work with architects and design engineers to specify which lighting products are the most appropriate for each application in an interior design.
We will consider all performance factors for application engineering, including footcandles/lumens, energy effectiveness and standards. We operate independently with no committed affiliation to any lighting supplier. This results in all products being equally considered.
Project Definition
We will study project drawings and technical specifications to determine the project fixture schedule, including counts.
We will propose substitutions and alternates depending on availability and pricing.
Sourcing, Quoting & Delivery
We will select the best source for each lighting product, dependent on price and availability.
We will develop a technical submission and a quote for the project and transmit these to all involved parties.
We will issue all POs, buy the bill of material and monitor for on-time delivery.
We will assist in installation where requested by the GC and EC to achieve optimum activation.
After Action Review
We will perform an After Action Review (AAR) to examine the success of the project in order to achieve better results on future projects.
